One Summer in the mid-seventies, I joined the Tolley’s and their friends on a trip to Mount Washington. This was in the days before cell phones and GPS. Richard probably had a year or two of driving experience. A few coins in your pocket could get you a “Collect” phone call back home and a paper map got you to your destination. So off we went in the Tolley’s Ford LTD.; Richard, Frank, Mike, Doug and myself.
